Created as a multi-platform narrative series, the content can live across YouTube, connected television, online video, social and First Watch-owned digital channels, with individual episodes, shorter cuts and the complete 24-minute pilot adapting naturally across platforms.
The format can grow with the brand—new characters, new stories, new communities and new seasons—while the restaurant remains the constant gathering place at the center of it all.

Three friends meet for brunch to reconstruct what happened the night before. As increasingly ridiculous details emerge, one of them suddenly notices the guy they're talking about sitting across the restaurant.

An older man arrives at the same table he and his wife have shared every Wednesday for years—but today he's alone. A longtime server knows exactly what to do without ever asking.

A young woman rehearses answers for a huge job interview while eating breakfast. The stranger at the next table offers some unsolicited advice. Hours later, she discovers exactly who that stranger was.

A youth soccer team and their parents descend on First Watch before a championship game. The kids are completely relaxed. The parents are absolute wrecks.

A young couple sits across from each other trying desperately to act normal while their families occupy another table nearby. Hidden beneath the table is the sonogram they're waiting for exactly the right moment to reveal.
EPISODE 08 — THE REGULARS
Two retired friends have met at First Watch every Tuesday morning for years. When one announces he's moving across the country, they spend breakfast pretending it isn't a big deal.
EPISODE 09 — FIRST DATE
Two people meet for what appears to be an awkward first date. As the conversation unfolds, we discover they've actually been married for fifteen years—and promised to start dating each other again.
EPISODE 10 — PASSING THROUGH
Several characters we've met throughout the series unknowingly occupy First Watch at the same time. One holds the door for another. Someone overhears a conversation. The junior golfer recognizes the college dad. Tiny connections reveal just how closely these seemingly separate lives have been passing one another.
